Its headquarters is located in the National High-Tech Development Zone of Tai'an City, Shandong Province.

The company has been deeply engaged in the Taishan Red Lingzhi industry for over three decades, establishing a complete industrial closed loop spanning strain breeding, organic cultivation, deep processing, terminal sales, and cultural tourism and science popularization. On the cultivation side, the company operates the "Taishan Lingzhi Valley" planting base of approximately 500 mu (about 33 hectares) in the Jiunü Peak area of Mount Tai, which has obtained triple organic certification from China, the European Union, and Japan. The base features over 80 high-standard intelligent lingzhi cultivation greenhouses. Additionally, the company has established an approximately 8,000-mu (about 533-hectare) simulated wild forest understory base in the Yuquan Temple Scenic Area of Mount Tai. On the production side, the company possesses a Taishan Lingzhi Industrial Park of nearly 20,000 square meters, including a 6,600-square-meter production workshop, a 2,278-square-meter Class 100,000 cleanroom, and a 716-square-meter R&D laboratory.

The company has obtained 33 health food production qualifications and holds production qualifications for six major health food dosage forms: hard capsules, soft capsules, tablets, oral liquids, powders, and granules.
